Coffee grower, Lucas do Nascimento, represents the second generation of a family that has greatly contributed
to the development of the city Patrocinion through coffee growing.
Technology has always been a central focus for the family, as ensuring a continuous coffee supply remains one
of the group’s strongest commitments.
This batch was hand - harvested, the coffee was pulped and transferred to large sealed bags. The bags were sealed,
ensuring oxygen - free fermentation.
We chose this lot for an amazing rich chocolatey body, with the hints of cherry compote, finishing of with smooth
caramel like sweetness.
This coffee has been roasted espresso style, but it is suitable for all possible brewing methods! Enjoy!
