Lot 1 of our varietal set. This coffee and the three that follow are all natural processed and grown on the same farm: red berries, super clean, complex and elegant with the sweetness of a fruit coulis.
Lot 2 of our varietal set. Villa Sarchi is an interesting varietal with a very unique cup quality: a funky natural with a big soft mouthfeel and huge sweetness.
Lot 3 of our varietal set. Red bourbon produces a balanced and sweet cup with refined acidity and gentle berry notes.
Lot 4 of our varietal set. Red Catuai is a high yielding plant with great body and mellow acidity. It's a versatile varietal and when treated correctly can be stunning.
