This hands-on session covers both filter and espresso brewing, perfect for the coffee novice who's interested in an introduction to all brew methods, as well as those who'd like to get more from the coffee they’re already making at home. This workshop will broaden your overall coffee knowledge, covering the journey of the bean from the farm, to our roastery, to your cup!
In this 2 hour workshop we will demonstrate how to select coffee for different brew methods and the importance of grind size, water temperature and time in creating recipes. Covering Aeropress, V60 and espresso, each attendee will get a chance to make different kinds of coffees and discover the differences between them. We will also give an introduction into the science of steaming milk and how to turn it into a beautiful rosetta!
We keep the classes small to ensure every attendee gets as much time to practice what they learn. You will also receive a 250g bag of coffee to take home. The classes take place at our dedicated training space at 8 Bell Lane E1 7LA on Saturdays at 12pm.
