Our second coffee this year from Beneficio Juanachute.

This lot is a yellow honey process, meaning the coffee cherries are gently pulped and have around 40% mucilage left. They are then dried on raised beds for around two weeks, being turned meticulously throughout the day to ensure even drying.

This has resulted in a very clean coffee, with flavours of apricot and caramel. Perfect for brewing on espresso
