Mokonisa Bulga is from the Oromo language, meaning "the strongest people". This coffee is made up of cherries sold to the local washing station by over 1000 farmers.
The cherries have been prepped to meet Grade 1 standard, this comprises of meticulous sorting, 48 hours of wet fermentation and drying on well ventilated raised beds.
This has led to a classic Ethiopian flavour profile. Expect lots of floral aromas, citrus and stone fruits followed by flavours of red apple.
