The Borbollon blend is comprised of daily microlots from La Reforma and Santa Maria, both owned by the Alvarez family. The coffees have been pulped traditionally followed by wet fermentation overnight. Finished off with drying on clay patios.

Expect this coffee to showcase the classic characteristics of El Salvador coffees with chocolate and nutty flavours, this is balanced by red apple acidity.
