If your Nude Espresso order is different to what you expected or arrived damaged then please let the Nude team know and we will sort it out.

If you have a problem with our coffee then we will ask you to return it to us in the packaging it arrived so that we can trace the batch it was roasted.
If it is a problem with equipment or accessories then please return it to us within 30 days of the shipment date.

All cups, accessories, clothing and equipment must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty items will be evaluated by the Nude Espresso Customer Services team for replacement, repair or refund.
All refunds are made within 30 days from receipt of the faulty goods.
The customer will bare all shipping costs on returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
